ecto Application Options

This section is provided to explain the features of the Application Options window.

The Options window let you control ecto's overall behavior.

Select Check for update on startup to see if there is a newer version of ecto available for download during application startup.

Pick how ecto appears at the System Tray of your Taskbar.

When minimized - ecto will appear in the the System Tray when minimized.

Always - ecto will always appear in the System Tray.

Never - ecto will never appear in the System Tray.

Double click on the ecto icon in the System Tray will bring ecto back to the foreground.

Right click on the ecto icon in the System Tray will allow you to create new post for a particular blog.

If you make a mistake and want to reset all the options back to factory default setting, click on the "Reset Options" button.
